The Thirst consultants are not just Beer Geeks.

Cheryl and Mark have beer in their blood. Why not come along to one of our events to find out more.

We offer a consultancy service for Bars and Restaurants helping them to develop complementary beer lists that will work with their menu and meet the demands of a growing number of informed customers.

We work with brewers too, writing tasting notes that reflect the quality product that they craft.

The Thirst Consultants are here to help you on a journey of discovery.

The Thirst consultants are not just Beer Geeks, we can also advise and source other quality drinks including; Genevers’ and non alcoholic beverages. Part of our ethos is that every one deserves to have  a quality drink when they are going out, that will match with their meal.

We work with brewers too; write tasting notes that reflect the quality product that they craft. Help to identify the faults in their product and assist with recipe development.

Cheryl and Mark have beer in their blood.

Cheryl has grown up in and around public houses. She is a fully qualified tutor and has helped to manage the Foreign and Bottled Beer Bar at Norwich Beer Festival since 2010. She was a member of the CAMRA Committee and in April 2015 qualified as a Beer Sommelier at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. She believes that she can find a beer for anyone, even if this involves blending beers together to make something you will enjoy and remember.

Mark has been a Home brewer since 2000, he has researched the art of brewing attending courses and working with brewers to develop beers that have won prizes. He enjoys exploring the mix of traditional methods and ingredients but giving them a modern twist that is in vogue at present. He qualified as a Beer Sommelier in April 2015 at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
